OVERVIEW

 

Alchemy is a next generation leadership and change programme. It is a fusion of business consultancy, action-based learning, deep existential psychology, experimentation, systems thinking and analysis, creative coaching, and the latest (and oldest) mindfulness based learning. Together, we will create a high performance learning environment in which you can develop your capacity to initiate, nurture, and lead system-level change in global organisations. DATES

 

In 2021, we are running three programmes, each over an 8-week period, starting in May, July, September, November. Each group, and how it is organised, will be tailored to the needs of the individuals, and their availability. The programme consists of  a unique  combination of 1:1, group, audio, video, written, and in person contact (COVID permitting).

TIME COMMITMENT

 

32-48 hours (4-6 hours a week over an 8-week period, arranged around your schedule). 8-12 hours of 1:1 included for each participant.

ABOUT GADFLY

 

We are a niche consultancy, integrating management consulting, leadership development and creative services. Martyn Clark, the founder and director of Alchemy, has almost 20 years of experience as a leader, consultant, and coach to senior executives in global corporations. He is the author of “Love Incorporated: The Future of Business”, and the programme is based on the "Leading Systemic Change" framework that is described in the book.
